50 Days of 100 Wonders of the World – Day 3 part 1 Fez Morocco

Recently my wife bought the book: 100 Wonders of the World by Michael Hoffmann & Alexander Krings. I decided to take the next 50 days and go through it. I don’t know how many of these places will have vacation rentals, if they do, I’ll mention some resources; if they don’t, then I won’t.

One of the largest arenas of the Roman Empire can be found in the middle of the Tunisian desert.  The amphitheater of Thysdrus, an enormous structure, emerged out of the barren desert in just eight years.*

Amboseli is a one-of-a-kind game reservation in southern Kenya.  One of the oldest national parks in Africa.  It is famous around the world fo its unique elephant population*

Abu Simbel The impressive temple of Abu Simbel is located some 175 miles from Aswan. Pharaoh Ramese II, known as Rameses The Great, commissioned this temple complex in teh thirteenth century BCE.*
